Make sure you have a compatible wallet extension or mobile app installed, and that you have SOL (for gas) and USDC on the correct network.

Zero commission on sales — buyers pay you 100% directly on-chain. Creators pay a small one-time creation fee when uploading content (starting at $0.50), and a tiny credit fee per sale (5 credits, equivalent to $0.005). Every creator gets 75 free platform credits per month (enough for 15 free sales).

When do I receive payment?

Instantly. The USDC goes directly to your wallet on-chain when the buyer's transaction confirms — typically under one second. There is no payout schedule, no minimum withdrawal, and no intermediary holding your funds.

What currency is used?

USDC (USD Coin) on the Solana blockchain. USDC is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar. Buyers need USDC in their Solana wallet to pay for content. Creators need a small amount of USDC for the one-time creation fee when uploading.

Solana transaction fees are typically less than $0.001. Monerixa does not add any markup to gas fees — the buyer pays the tiny Solana network fee directly.

A small non-refundable USDC fee paid on-chain when creating a paywall. Amounts range from $0.50 (text, links, small files) to $5.00 (files up to 100 MB). This is a one-time cost per paywall, not per buyer. It prevents spam and covers storage costs.

No. Creation fees are non-refundable regardless of paywall performance, content removal, or expiration. This is the anti-spam mechanism.

What are platform credits?

Credits are an internal unit that covers the tiny per-sale infrastructure cost. Each sale of your content consumes 5 credits (equivalent to $0.005). You receive 75 free credits every calendar month (enough for 15 free sales). If your credits drop below 5, new buyers cannot purchase your paywalls until you acquire more credits.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes. From your Dashboard, you can purchase credits with USDC on-chain. Fixed packages: $5 for 5,000 credits, $10 for 12,000 credits. Custom amounts available with volume discounts for larger purchases.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

If your credit balance drops below 5 credits, new buyers won't be able to purchase your paywalls, and you won't be able to edit them or create new ones. However, existing buyers will always retain access to the content they paid for. You can easily purchase more credits anytime from your dashboard or wait for the next monthly allocation of 75 free credits.

Why does my wallet ask me to sign something when I upload?

When you create a paywall, your wallet asks you to sign a short message to prove you own the wallet address. This is a signature — not a transaction — so no gas is charged and no funds move. It is a security step that prevents someone from uploading content under a wallet address they do not control.

How long does buyer access last?

Accepted Answer

Access matches the duration you set at upload time: 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 365 days. Once the paywall expires, the buyer can no longer download — but any files they already downloaded are theirs to keep.

Can a buyer share the download link?

Accepted Answer

No. Downloads require a fresh wallet signature each time. The server issues a short-lived single-use download token after verifying the buyer's wallet. There is no permanent shareable download URL.

Can I edit my content after uploading?

You can edit the title, description, and price at any time from the Dashboard. The underlying file, text, or link cannot be changed — create a new paywall for a new version.

Can I delete my paywall?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the Dashboard. However, if a buyer has purchased within the last 24 hours, deletion is temporarily blocked to give them time to download what they paid for. The dashboard will show the exact time when deletion becomes available. Files are removed from disk once no other paywall references them.

Are files stored securely?

Every uploaded file is stored on our servers and protected by access control. Access is restricted to buyers who have completed a verified on-chain payment.

What is the /recover page?

Accepted Answer

The recovery page is a self-service tool for buyers who paid but did not receive access — for example, if the browser closed mid-verification or the network dropped. It lets you re-submit your Solana transaction signature to instantly recover your access token without contacting support.

How do I find my transaction signature?

Accepted Answer

Open your Solana wallet (Phantom, Backpack, Solflare, etc.) → Transaction History → find the USDC payment → tap it to open the detail view. The transaction ID (also called signature) is the long string of letters and numbers, typically 87–88 characters. In Phantom, you can tap the Solscan link icon to open the transaction on Solscan — the signature appears in the URL after /tx/. Alternatively, go to solscan.io, search your wallet address, filter by USDC transfers, and find the payment matching the amount you paid.

How long does recovery take?

Recovery is near-instant if your payment is already recorded in the Platform's database (the R3 fast path). If not, the Platform fetches and verifies the transaction on-chain — this takes a few seconds. The recover endpoint is rate-limited to 10 requests per 10 minutes per IP.

Can recovery fail even if I paid?

Recovery will fail if: (1) the transaction failed on-chain (no USDC transferred), (2) the transaction was created outside the Monerixa payment flow and has no Memo binding, (3) the transaction was for a different paywall, or (4) the content has since been deleted. If recovery fails and you believe your payment is valid, contact support@monerixa.com with your transaction signature.

What types of files are blocked?

For the safety of our buyers, we block the upload of executable files and scripts. This includes Windows executables (.exe, .msi, .bat), system scripts (.sh, .vbs, .ps1), and source code files (.py, .js, .php). If you are a developer selling code, we recommend using the "Text Content" option to paste your snippets directly, or packaging your project into a standard .zip archive (which is allowed and securely scanned for malware).

What content is not allowed?

CSAM, illegal material, malware, adult/sexually explicit content, and content that violates intellectual property law are prohibited. Violating content is permanently removed. Creator wallets may be banned. See the report page for the full list of report categories.

Is adult content allowed?

Accepted Answer

No. Monerixa prohibits all sexually explicit or pornographic material, including explicit images, videos, and text content intended for sexual arousal. This applies regardless of whether the content depicts real individuals, fictional characters, or AI-generated imagery. See our Content Policy for details.

Are file uploads scanned for malware?

Yes. All uploaded files are automatically scanned for malware before being made available to buyers. Content remains in a "pending" state during scanning and cannot be purchased until the scan completes. If malware is detected, the content is removed.

Yes. Text paywalls are automatically checked against our content policy before the upload is accepted. Content that violates severe policy categories (threats, CSAM-related material, instructions for self-harm) is blocked immediately — before any creation fee is charged. Milder policy concerns are flagged for review but allowed.

Every paywall page has a "Report" link. You can also visit /report/:contentId directly. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Content with multiple pending reports is auto-hidden pending review.

Visit /dmca and submit the form with your name, email, and a description of the original work. DMCA requests are reviewed by our team. If upheld, the content is permanently removed.

Is it safe to donate via the wallet address on the site?

Yes. A Solana wallet address is public by design — it can only receive tokens, never send them. No one can access your funds using just your address. The only consideration is that on-chain transactions are publicly visible, but that applies to all Solana activity.

Monerixa operates under the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Does Monerixa hold my funds?

No. Monerixa is a non-custodial platform. All buyer-to-creator payments are peer-to-peer transactions on the Solana blockchain. Your transaction is constructed in your browser, signed by your own wallet, and broadcast directly to Solana. Monerixa never holds, routes, or processes your funds — it only reads the on-chain result to grant content access.

Can I get a refund?

No. All payments on Monerixa — content purchases, creation fees, and credit purchases — are final and non-refundable. Because payments are direct on-chain transfers between wallets, they are technically irreversible once confirmed. If you paid but did not receive access (browser closed, network error, etc.), visit /recover to recover your access token using your transaction signature. See the Refund Policy for full details.

I paid for content but the page didn't unlock. What do I do?

This can happen if your browser closed or the connection dropped after your USDC transfer confirmed on-chain but before the server received verification. Your payment is not lost. Visit /recover, paste your Solana transaction signature (find it in your wallet's transaction history or on Solscan), and your access will be recovered instantly. Rate limited to 10 attempts per 10 minutes.

Can I recover a payment I made outside of Monerixa?

No. The recovery system only works for payments initiated through the official Monerixa payment interface at monerixa.com. Every transaction created through the Platform carries a cryptographic Memo instruction that binds it to a specific paywall and payment session. Transactions sent directly from a wallet app, through a third-party tool, or by any other means will not have this binding and cannot be verified or attributed by the Platform. Always pay through the paywall page — never send USDC directly to a creator's wallet.

What are my tax obligations?

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations arising from transactions on the Platform, including income tax, GST, and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) where applicable. Because all buyer-to-creator payments are peer-to-peer blockchain transactions and Monerixa does not intermediate these payments, Monerixa does not deduct TDS or collect GST on your behalf. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.

What happens if I lose access to my wallet?

Monerixa cannot recover lost or stolen wallets, restore access, or reverse transactions. Your wallet's private key or seed phrase is the only way to recover access. Never share your seed phrase with anyone — not even Monerixa support. Always back it up securely offline.
