Refund Policy
Last updated: April 5, 2026
1. Overview
ALL PAYMENTS ON MONERIXA ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL USERS OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING CREATORS AND BUYERS.
Monerixa is a non-custodial content access platform. All payments occur as Peer-to-Peer Transactions directly on the Solana blockchain between the buyer's wallet and the creator's wallet. Because Monerixa does not hold, process, or control these funds, the Platform has no technical or legal ability to reverse, cancel, or redirect any completed on-chain transaction.
By using the Platform and authorizing any Transaction through your Wallet, you acknowledge and irrevocably accept that the payment is final. This policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Service.
2. Payment Finality and Blockchain Irreversibility
Each Transaction on Monerixa is:
- Created client-side — the transaction is constructed entirely in your browser and signed exclusively by your own Wallet.
- Broadcast by your Wallet provider — Monerixa does not submit or relay transactions on your behalf.
- Confirmed on the Solana blockchain — once confirmed, the transaction is immutable and cannot be altered, reversed, or cancelled by any party, including Monerixa.
Monerixa does not control, reverse, or modify blockchain transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details — including the recipient wallet address, token type (USDC), and payment amount — before signing and submitting.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through a third party (e.g., a bank, card issuer, or exchange) for an on-chain transaction is prohibited. On-chain USDC transfers are not reversible through any off-chain mechanism.
3. Content Access Purchases
When a Buyer purchases access to a Creator's Paywall, the USDC is transferred directly and in full to the Creator's Wallet on-chain. Monerixa does not receive or hold any portion of this payment. Because the funds are already in the Creator's possession upon confirmation:
- Monerixa cannot issue refunds for content purchases under any circumstances.
- Monerixa is not a party to the commercial transaction between the Buyer and Creator.
- Content quality, accuracy, or fitness disputes are between the Buyer and Creator. Monerixa does not mediate or arbitrate such disputes.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the content title, description, price, and creator information before authorizing a payment. Once a Transaction is signed, access is granted upon on-chain confirmation and the payment is final.
If you believe Content is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or violates our Content Policy, you may submit a report via the Platform's reporting mechanism. Policy enforcement may include content removal, but this does not constitute or trigger a refund.
4. Creation Fees
All content uploads require a non-refundable USDC Creation Fee paid on-chain to the Platform Wallet. Creation Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Content that receives no sales or views
- Content that is removed by the Platform for policy violations
- Content that expires before generating sales
- Creator change of mind
- Platform downtime or technical issues
- Wallet loss or compromise after payment
- Disputes with buyers
The Creation Fee is paid in consideration for infrastructure services (storage, hosting, malware scanning) and as an anti-spam measure. These services are rendered at the time of upload, regardless of subsequent content performance.
5. Credit Purchases
Platform Credits purchased with USDC are non-refundable once issued. Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted to USDC or any other currency.
Credits are not refunded in the event of:
- Unused credits at the time of account suspension or wallet ban
- Changes to credit pricing or deduction rates
- Modification or discontinuation of the credit system
- Change of mind or decision to stop using the Platform
For full terms governing Credits, see the Credits Policy.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases involving a verified Platform-side technical error that resulted in a double-charge or an incorrect USDC amount being specified by the Platform interface (not user error), Monerixa may, at its sole and absolute discretion, investigate and consider a resolution. This is not a guarantee of any refund or compensation, and Monerixa is under no obligation to provide relief under any circumstances.
To report a potential Platform error, contact support@monerixa.com with your Wallet address, the relevant transaction signature, and a description of the issue. Monerixa will investigate in good faith but makes no commitment to any particular outcome.
7. Payments Made Outside the Platform
The Platform's access recovery mechanism (/recover) works exclusively for transactions that were initiated through Monerixa's official payment flow at monerixa.com. To be eligible for recovery, a transaction must:
- Have been created by the Platform's payment interface (i.e., a valid Monerixa Memo instruction must be present on the transaction)
- Have a matching payment session (Quote ID) that was issued by the Platform via
POST /api/payment/initiate - Have transferred the exact quoted USDC amount to the Creator's wallet as recorded by the Platform
Payments made outside the Platform — including direct wallet-to-wallet transfers, payments initiated through third-party tools, or transactions sent without going through the Monerixa payment flow — cannot be recovered by the Platform. The Platform has no way to verify, attribute, or process such payments, and they are not subject to any access recovery, refund, or compensation.
This is a technical limitation, not a policy choice. The Memo binding system described in the Terms of Service is the mechanism by which the Platform can verify that a given on-chain transaction was legitimately created for a specific piece of content. Without that binding, the Platform cannot distinguish a qualifying payment from any other USDC transfer on the Solana network.
8. Consumer Protection Act Acknowledgment
Monerixa acknowledges India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. However, because all buyer-to-creator payments are Peer-to-Peer Transactions on the Solana blockchain and Monerixa does not intermediate, process, or take custody of these payments, the Platform does not operate as an e-commerce marketplace in the traditional sense for the purposes of these payments.
Monerixa is not the "seller" of the digital content — the Creator is. Monerixa provides only the technological infrastructure for content hosting and access gating. Any consumer grievance regarding content quality, accuracy, or fitness should be directed to the Creator. Content policy violations (fraud, illegal content) may be reported through the Platform's moderation mechanisms.
For any grievance or consumer complaint relating to the Platform's own services (not Creator-provided content), contact support@monerixa.com.
9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, as set forth in Section 15 of the Terms of Service.
